In the #GospelOfTheDay, Jesus speaks of the wedding feast prepared by a king for his son (Mt 22:1–14). The wedding feast is ours, and the banquet hall is our churches and homes, the places where we live and where the King’s Son, Jesus Christ, continues to declare His love for us and await our “yes.”

The #GospelOfTheDay is a call to conversion, both tender and urgent. God wants us to live, to open our eyes, and return to Him. To repent is to leave the paths on which we lost our way, and to follow the Way of Life, opening our hearts to the sole joy that never fades.

Instead, we all gain joy, wisdom and a better future when the law of love interrupts that of calculation, when the experience of mercy broadens that of merit, and when the gift of peace suspends rivalries and brings us closer together in gratitude. #GospelOfTheDay (Mt 20:1–16) 2/2

In the #GospelOfTheDay (cf. Mt 18:21-35) Jesus reminds us that gift and forgiveness are the foundation of our existence. All things are given to us by God out of pure love, and none of us can claim to be perfect in responding to such goodness. 1/2

[Posted 08/30/26] In the #GospelOfTheDay (Mt 16:21-27) Peter, even in his impulsiveness, teaches us two important things. The first is, even in such moments, never to cease our dialogue with the Lord.

In this way, we can overcome the temptation to think that we already know everything and to reduce faith to mere habit. #GospelOfTheDay (Mt 16:13-20)

[Posted 08/02/26] Jesus’ action in the #GospelOfTheDay (Mt 14:13-21) teaches us that nothing is discarded when it is shared. Hoarding and waste, however, are two sides of the same evil: greed.

[Posted 07/05/26] “Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens”, says the Lord in the #GospelOfTheDay (Mt 11:25–30). Jesus takes upon himself humanity wounded by evil in order to heal and care for it.

[Posted 06/21/26] In the #GospelOfTheDay (Mt 10:26-33), Jesus draws a parallel between what we hear “in private,” namely, what is in the secret of our hearts, and what we are called to proclaim to everyone.

It gives peace to our heart, which is often very restless, and it allows us to encounter our brothers and sisters in the joy of the Spirit. #GospelOfTheDay (Jn 3:16-18)

[Posted 05/03/26] “Have faith,” Jesus tells us in the #GospelOfTheDay (Jn 14:1). That is the secret! It is precisely this faith that frees our hearts from the anxiety of possessing and acquiring, and from the illusion that we must pursue a position of prestige to have worth.

[Posted 03/08/26] Jesus is God’s response to our thirst. The encounter with him stirs in the depths of each person “a spring of water gushing up to eternal life” (Jn 4:14). How many people in the entire world are searching even today for this spiritual spring! #GospelOfTheDay
