We're proud to say we've held Good Business Charter accreditation for 3 years running. We don't do this recruitment thing on commission, and that's not an accident — it's because we think how you do business matters as much as what you achieve. The GBC asks a lot of the organisations it accredits: paying the real Living Wage, listening to employees, sourcing ethically, taking environmental responsibility seriously, paying fair tax. No cherry-picking — you commit to all ten. For us, staying accredited isn't a box we tick once a year. It's the same thinking behind everything we do — transparent salaries on every vacancy, no unjustified degree requirements, no targets driving how we work with candidates and charities.
