This is the first plate I'm sharing here.

It took me quite a while to figure out a small plate design (diameter about 15cm) I liked and that felt right. I tried quite a few different methods until I found one where I actually enjoy not only the process but the result.

L'émail s'est re-nappé. Les bulles ont eu le temps de partir. Le temps est donc une clé sur ces épaisseurs.
Par contre, c'est clairement moins joli qu'en première cuisson.
Un bel apprentissage.
