Délarder de la chatte

Délarder consiste à couper la viande, notamment le gibier, pour l'apprêter et la préparer à la cuisson. #Decoupe #Viande #Cuisine #Gibier #Preparation

🦌 Japan killed 1,381,700 deer and wild boar last fiscal year. Only 5.6% became meat.

The rest, about 50,000 tonnes, goes to an incinerator or a hole in the ground, billed to rural town halls. One manual: cut it small enough to fit a garbage bag.
