The biggest disappointment of the season (besides getting eliminated in the ALDS): #GiancarloStanton. Love the guy. He’s a powerful hitter (the sound his bat makes when he hits a homer…WOW). But he’s ALWAYS injured and gone for most of the season. What’s the point of keeping him? #NewYorkYankees

#GiancarloStanton finally gets an at-bat as a pinch hitter.

He struck out.

The #Yankees are three outs away from joining the #Mets on the couch.

What makes it sting for #AaronJudge, I’m sure, is fellow Yankee #GiancarloStanton, who’s been on the IL this season even longer than Judge (5 months!), is included on the roster! Maybe it really was wrong for Judge to forego a Minor League rehab stint (w/c is what he’s doing now). #NewYorkYankees
