@getspectrum #GetSpectrum
LIES.
It is *not* "100% US-Based Customer Support".

1 week of calls for customer support.
57 minute hold times -- customer support is in INDIA.

They cannot manage simplest of questions.
Calls are then dumped.

Do NOT choose #Spectrum.

Reason why #GetSpectrum #Spectrum #SpectrumTV & #SpectrumInternet is a disaster ---

Billing a fortune for #CableTV. Suddenly #BravoTV @BravoTV (paying for) will not play dvr-recorded #StillFlippingOut #JLJeffLewis without a separate paid #Peacock subscription or $2.99 rental.

NEVER #GetSpectrum
@GetSpectrum .

WORST Ever.

Services constatnly down.
Internet & Cable.

NO Customer Service.
#Ai #Chatbots.
Live Agent (if you can get one) after hour(s) on hold, put call on hold again &/or dump calls during transfer.
