A #geofence is a line drawn on a map around a building. Every phone that crosses the line is marked, and the ads follow it home. The filing’s own words: “Geofence the actual boundaries of every Major churches and all Christian Colleges during worship times. Track attendees and continue to target.”

Apparently, Israel 🇮🇱 paid for a plan to put a digital fence - a #geofence - around three hundred American 🇺🇸 churches. Every phone inside during Sunday service would be tracked and hit with ads. The plan is on file at the United States Department of Justice.
