A wonderful weekend in Almonte! 🧡
From Friday’s joyful Métis Kitchen Party 🎻💃 to Saturday’s Reconciliation Through Art, we experienced music, dance, food, beadwork, quilts, carvings & community.
Thank you Tony Belcourt, Pam Steele, the artists, performers & volunteers. 🪶

🧡 Today I’m remembering the lessons of the ceremonies I’ve attended across #Lanark #Frontenac. Reconciliation means listening when it is difficult, learning each day, remembering & carrying those lessons forward. (see full post at www.facebook.com/share/p/19c6cKcCyW/) #EveryChildMatters

🚜 Great morning at the #Frontenac County Plowing Match today on the Compton family farm east of Sydenham. So great to celebrate our agricultural community & chat with so many friends & neighbours! Even got my tickets to the OFA AGM turkey supper! #StrongerTogether 🇨🇦

#Lanark #Frontenac was honoured to host our September Federal Liberal Eastern Ontario Regional Meeting in Perth today. It was awesome to see reps from across the region sharing best practices & ways to support one another. Huge thanks to Eastern Regional Chair, Barry Paulson!
