A bumper day has seen me run 81km this GW so far, taking me into the French countryside and the exquisite little town of Aire-sur-la-Lys. Quick trip to the UNESCO belfry before hopefully more points tomorrow night will move me on! 🇫🇷

GW5 - Rochester to Dover.
A modest 52 points (albeit in a very low scoring week…) is enough to see me to Dover - next stop FRANCE! 🇫🇷

Another stunning week saw me cross the Thames, exit London and head into the “Garden of England”. Rochester, home to a castle where I had my first ever beer!

A good week, with a relatively decent TC return, saw me make it to just outside London, in the middle of Epping Forest. Didn’t see the Black Knight.

GW1 - LN2 to Sleaford.
A decent opening weekend, using my bench boost, saw me get through the Lincolnshire countryside to the small market town of Sleaford, probably best known because of the Mods 🤣 Have actually spent a lot of time there, decent place.

Hoping for the canals of Watten, or maybe a light 🍺 in St Omer. Just hope to get away from Calais as quickly as possible!
