Day Job Update...
Yesterday an #Edmonton man gave me 50 lbs of flour for www.innercity.ca 's student food program.

I'm told 50 lbs of flour makes:
~800 standard pancakes (4–5″)
~900–1,000 standard muffins
~50–60 loaves of sandwich bread
~200–250 biscuits
