The #COP31 Presidencies in their latest letter said: "Many States have emphasized the importance of reviewing & continuously improving UNFCCC processes to ensure they remain fit for purpose, sustainable, and focused."

So at #PreCOP31, States should turn the “Improving the Multilateral Climate System” dialogue into kick-starting the change needed to make the climate talks fit for purpose & start discussing:
