As soon as I saw this floor as part of @kaiylelumiose.com’s #WeeklyInspiration I knew exactly what I wanted to create ~ it’s not perfect by any means, but such a cool effect and one I want to try again… New style unlocked? 🌀✖️

So! If you look at the top right of the gpose, you’ll find the original gpose. Wanted to play with angles and filling the space, so started with bending Buns over to make a right angle, before putting just half of Hazel in the gpose at the centre. Due to him being a blueish grey he almost blends into the background, or at least isn’t what you first notice, which helps add to the “full but not overwhelming” feel I was trying to create. I then added a leaping Hazel between the bent-over Buns, and a second Buns who is sort of leaning in thin air. I wish I had posed her differently there ~ but I know for next time that more angular and clearer poses work for creating a kaleidoscope effect. Finally, I added a headshot of Buns and Hazel in the centre, keeping them more simple. The rest ~ after the gpose ~ was weirdly easy. Edited as normal, then made the canvas 200% bigger. Duplicated the image four times, flipped as appropriate, and then placed before merging. Still unsure if I like my usual boarder on it. Worried if cuts off the edges too much, and takes away from the overall effect of the gpose, but for a first experiment with this actually really happy with it! I’m thinking lopporits next, and another with glowy fae flowers! ~ We will return with this another time!
