so lol imo her route's full of obvious contradictions that are annoying to work around, but the thing that makes her route clearly weaker is the cast... I love bonaventure + thobias but lysander and lilian are both meh. looking forward to act 2+3 I guess #fefwspoilers

theodora has no peers or confidants, just retainers and opponents; her strength cannot last against the powers she uses to advance her goals because the powers are, uhhhh evil... her route's giving some real "the ends cannot justify the means" energy #fefwspoilers

the challenge of her path is that her choices hasten the end of her ability to fulfill her ideals/goals + the lies and secrets that disempowered her people make it harder for her to confide in others, even as she grows more unstable. I'm not sure lol part 1 really resolves this well #fefwspoilers

imo theodora's route has some impossible contradictions: "must a monarch be BORN into it? no, but for the purposes of this story? yes" -> "monarchs must embody the wishes and will of its people and steer the country to those goals" + the importance of virtuous embodiment... #fefwspoilers
