Me trying to tackle my responsibilities like this chickadee tackling a giant cicada for dinner. Majestic? No. Determined? Absolutely. 🪶🌿🦉🍃🐦🍁

A dramatic, close-up shot of a tiny Black-capped Chickadee looking incredibly proud of itself as it handles a cicada almost half its size for dinner. The chickadee is perched on a thick tree branch, gripping its giant insect prize tightly in its beak. Its fluffy white cheeks and stark black cap give it an innocent look that completely contrasts with the absolute chaos of wrangling a massive cicada carcass. Soft, autumn leaves and warm, hazy purple and yellow sunlight blur into the background, giving this intense backyard food struggle a surprisingly majestic, cinematic glow.
