Chip lies lazily across a comfort chair and ottoman at the café, sipping down another refill of latte from his thermos. Brandy walks by and tells him that it's an hour past 6:30, cutting well into the time that Chip should be spending at work by now. Chip nonchalantly dismisses their concern, informing them how he can just request for an hour of vacation time to make up for it (and perhaps even more).
