At home, telling myself -- for the nth time, it feels -- that if I'm really not hungry I shouldn't pick up dinner, driven by a dumb "but I must eat" sense... just hope this shawarma is good enough to make me feel better. #fatkid

Seems my body thinks that getting up after watching TV for a while is an exercise equivalent to weight lifting... and if my scale doesn't lie, it might be a valid point. #fatkid
