A heavily edited tweet explains the situation, as spoken by Mrs Plenty: "My Mr Cards told me a disconcertingly humanoid mineral deposit keeps eating its K-and-C's gloves so I asked how many gloves it has and it said it just goes to the bazaar and gets new gloves afterwards so I said it sounds like it's just feeding K-and-C's gloves to razor-rock and then its bedraggled, forlorn fox started crying."

at Fruits of the Zee the fathomking just Kept Giving Me Sentient Zee-Chests followed by One Single Oyster, and the idea of Samuel surrounded by a herd of these horrible (affectionate) little guys just really charmed me...

A drawing of my Fallen London character, Samuel, seated and surrounded by three large treasure chests that have eyes, ears, lips, and teeth growing out of them, making them sort of horrid but also endearingly attentive. There's also a very large oyster leaning over his shoulder to snap shut on his hand with a "yomp!" sound effect, while Samuel looks affronted and shouts "Hey!"

in #fallenlondon I got the ratwork mechanical dancing shoes that use Red Science to make it "ankle-sprainingly impossible to move off-beat" and I just like thinking about Samuel's shoes giving him no choice but to keep up if his dance partner starts getting fancy....

The Starry-Eyed Poetess, a young lady from Fallen London, looking around the golden-hued Parabola in a mix of surprise, shock, and determination. Her eyes are glowing yellow and amber with Prisoner's Honey and there are tiny stars on her face. She is wearing a Victorian-inspired brown dress with big white sleeves. The skirt is made to mimic a brown moth's wings, and the moth-eyes are made of small, glittering beads. A few small spiders peak out from her clothing and hair. She is pushing the jungle-vines aside and there are lots of hidden moths and spiders scattered around the plants.
