#octoberhorrormoviechallenge Day 18: #inferno Maybe not really in the same quality as Suspiria, but it's still a great movie & also still one of director Dario Argento's best movies. It also has a great atmosphere & the Mater Tenebrarum song really does a great job building up the suspense for the movie's climax, it's like the feeling you get when you're almost near the final boss in a video game. The 2nd movie of Argento's The Three Mothers trilogy, the 1st one being Suspiria & the 3rd & last movie being Mother of Tears. Mother of Tears is not only the weakest & worst movie in the trilogy, but it's also one of Argento's worst movies. It doesn't have the atmosphere & the suspense like Suspiria & Inferno, it doesn't have any memorable music score or soundtrack, and it has a lot of bad CGI effects, cause it was made & released in the early 2000's! #octoberhorrormoviechallenge Day 17: #suspiria This is a masterpiece in Italian horror with great mix of supernatural, giallo & slasher. It has great suspense, an eerie & creepy, but great music by Goblin & of course, great gore effects. The 1st movie of director Dario Argento's The Three Mothers trilogy, with the other movies being Inferno & Mother of Tears. In 2010's they had the nerve to make a remake of this movie! Not only is it very unnecessary, but it's blasphemous! But at least that piece of shit movie never got the same recognition as the original movie & it's pretty much forgotten today!
