What would happen if we swabbed the whole world and found a catastrophic defect in a demographic. Because when you look at war collateral damage seems to be acceptable.
The problem with suddenly secretly making environmental changes. While it will in the long term, help things, the secrecy and abruptness will cause psychological harm. People are going to experience things and not know why. May even cost lives.
Air pollution is harmful to development. Air pollution studies have been done at schools. Schools themselves monitored it too. Governments have done, UNICEF has done. Here's the thing though, pregnant mam's still have to pick up their 1st, or second borns.
