Sometimes with ASD I hyper fixate and can't let go. I end up staying up to ridiculous o'clock 4 or 5. Back up at 6.30. The next day I feel hot and I wonder if this is because my body didn't repair the day's damage and get rid of waste.
Does our way of life compound environmental inflammation. Rushing around requiring instant inflammatory food. Delivered to our door. Creating lethargic people, cell energy depleted behaviour that just compounds. Creating mitochondrial dysfunction in adults and children. #Exposome
Riddle me this. Neurodiversity is genetic. It's environmental damage inheritance. But let's just humour the genetic theory. If it's genetic and people have more people. CASES ARE GOING TO RISE. It's over diagnosis 😂. Everything else is f n rising.
