#ExecutiveAction is a chilling, conspiracy-driven #JFK assassination thriller with a terrific #BurtLancaster performance. #DaltonTrumbo’s screenplay keeps things cold, tense and disturbingly matter-of-fact. Not subtle, but undeniably compelling—and still unsettling decades later. #NowWatching

Good night everyone!

I'm rewatching the end of #ExecutiveAction now, a film everyone should see!

@celluloidsoul.bsky.social they actually arrange for the motorcade to go around the Book Depository! One of the conspirators is in charge of managing the motorcade...

#TCMParty

and wiki describes them as "shadowy figures from industry, politics, and intelligence"--that's what I thought, they're not very well defined except for what I said about Ryan, BL, and Grandpa Walton. #TCMParty #ExecutiveAction

yeah I never head reasonable doubt defined that way, very interesting... #ExecutiveAction #TCMParty

reservations about the plan working.,... #TCMParty #executiveAction

So this movie was definitely questioning the believability of the official story! Very interesting! #ExecutiveAction #TCMParty

It's "a moral certainty" that Oswald was the killer? That's a weird statement.
#ExecutiveAction #TCMParty

Wow they showed the whole thing. Awful.

#TMCParty #ExecutiveAction

I'm not sure... All I remember is them chatting in a room and maybe complaining about "Jews, Negros," oh and the hordes of brown people that would be coming their way in the future from Europe and the world. So, racism. But I may have missed a lot Im so tired lol
#TCMParty #ExecutiveAction

I know isn't that funny? I can see how this could not be appreciated so close to the events
#TcmParty #executiveaction

It's SO hard to imagine there was really a time they let the President drive around in a convertible! #ExecutiveAction #TCMParty

I am watching but will probably fall asleep soon
#TCMParty #ExecutiveAction

Yes it is! The footage of JFK and MLK is hard to see in this context. I hate these guys.

#TCMParty #ExecutiveAction

I missed the very beginning of this.
Did they basically start out concerned there are too many checks on capitalism, therefore the President must die? I see they have more in mind later on... #ExecutiveAction #TCMParty

Aw damn. So these guys are just in oil and stuff? #ExecutiveAction #TCMParty

We’re definitely not making furniture. #ExecutiveAction #TCMParty

are you enjoying it? I'm kind of intrigued... It's like Oliver Stone before there was Oliver Stone.

#ExecutiveAction #TCMParty

This isn't like Executive Suite at all.
