The acting is shakey, but Tombs of the Blind Dead (1972) has some of the best creature design in horror history. Eyeless skeletal Templars rising to hunt by sound is pure Euro-horror cinema gold💀 #EuroHorror https://malevolentdark.com/tombs-of-the-blind-dead-1972/

The Kiss of the Vampire doesn't take risks, but it executes the classic gothic formula beautifully. It proves that you don't need buckets of cheap gore when you have brooding atmosphere and elegant, deadly vampire socialites. 🩸🦇 #EuroHorror https://malevolentdark.com/the-kiss-of-the-vampire-1963/
