Parliament has backed stronger ETS2 safeguards against carbon-price spikes in buildings and road transport. Separately, MEPs want 650m ETS1 allowances protected from cancellation instead of 400m. The extra 250m would stay in reserve — not automatically enter the market. #ETS #ClimatePolicy
