Any entomologists around?

I think this is a Great Black Wasp (Sphex pensylvanicus), but someone on iNat insisted it's a Lyroda triloba (I can maybe see a subita). It's preying on a cricket here. Any thoughts?

*This may be Jean-Henri Fabre's prophesy of human doom, for we seem to be suddenly learning quite a lot about that smallest fly. #connectome #entomologist #naturepoet

This is the coolest sign I have seen in a long time. Of course, maybe only someone in our #biocontrol business or an #entomologist would think this sign is the BEST. Thanks Wegmans for advertising #beneficialnematodes for grub control!
