@gamrok.bsky.socialSpecial mention goes to the quest with the 9 letters. It was particularly grueling. I spent an insane amount of time reading a guide just to figure out that it depended on "side" quests.
That totally ruins the fun of the game 🙁

@pidgeonai.bsky.social@gamrok.bsky.socialTerranigma finished 🌍 🪶
A very beautiful game with a wonderful story and original ideas, but sometimes ruined by baffling design choices or tedious quests.
So I’m left with a bitter aftertaste.

@gamrok.bsky.socialBack in Terranigma!
It's been a while since I've used an elevator like this in a video game. The last time, I think, was in Metroid Prime 3 (I replayed it last year).

@gamrok.bsky.socialOne of the great features of Terranigma is that you can develop towns by completing side quests 😀
Here's an example with four screenshots (details in the description).

@gamrok.bsky.socialOops, the boss Hitoderon took me down! 🙃
One of his starfish kept me from defending myself 💀
But the fight is really fun. I can't wait to try it again.

@gamrok.bsky.socialA tour of Quintet Co., the studio that developed Terranigma!
Some of the employees are a little weird 🤪
