🚨The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit rejected the Trump administration's use of emergency powers to keep Michigan’s J.H. Campbell Generating Plant open past its planned May 31, 2025 retirement. The Department of Energy was ruled to have exceeded its authority. #EnergyLaw #
