I had a great time at tonight’s meet-the-candidates event hosted by the Lexington Urban League Young Professionals and CivicLex!
As with every other public forum throughout this campaign, my opponent failed to attend.

Lexingtonians want better roads, a fair shot at a good life, and elected officials who put the work in.
They don’t want gerrymandered council districts, sexual predators in public office, or elected officials who don’t show up for work.

Griffin and I are endorsing each other!
We’ve already worked together to make our streets safer, our neighborhoods stronger, our parks more usable, and our city more joyful.
Council is a team sport. No one person can do it alone and we’re lucky to have each other in it.
I didn’t just make campaign promises—I’ve been delivering real results to make life better for all Lexingtonians.
I show up and I do the work.
With the election 40 days away, I’m proud to share a list of 40 accomplishments I’ve made in my first term (so far…)
Lexingtonians have been living through a period of collective trauma as a result of recent shootings.
I will always show up to support my neighbors who’ve been impacted and I will never stop fighting to end the scourge of gun violence.
I was blessed to spend #LaborDay with colleagues and union leaders from across our city and commonwealth who are fighting for working people.
Whether it’s on the picket line or in the halls of government, I will always stand shoulder-to-shoulder with them.
