A monochrome gothic horror portrait depicts an octopus-headed butler standing in a narrow, decaying corridor beneath a pointed stone archway. His enormous, bulbous head has mottled, leathery skin, two glossy forward-facing eyes, and thick tentacles descending over his face. Additional curling tentacles extend behind him on both sides. A circular, glass-like ornament embedded in his forehead contains a tiny reflected humanoid silhouette. He wears a dark, double-breasted Victorian uniform and white gloves, holding an ornate oval silver serving tray horizontally at chest height. Its reflective surface reveals a small, dark humanoid figure with an oversized head standing in what appears to be another elaborate interior. The tray's engraved border catches the pale light. Cracked plaster, peeling walls, deep shadows, and faint drifting mist surround the creature. The symmetrical composition draws attention to the unsettling contrast between the butler's formal presentation and his monstrous anatomy.
