Project rescue step 2 done. Sanded back the stumps left over from the lugs, then sanded the whole thing smooth. Next steps: apply finish, get lugs.

@adamzn.bsky.socialThis might be the end of the line for this project. I have a plan to save it, but I only give it a 60% chance to work. Otherwise, it’s weeks of work, and $100’s of dollars of lumber down the drain.
