#drownedart #wip #aionpng

A Clip Studio Paint canvas, zoomed in on Aion's expression in his newest design iteration. A shadow from hime cut bangs covers half of his face as he gives a tired smile, bags under his pink eyes. Part of their platinum blond hair is in a braid, with eyes peeking out between the strands making it up. Eyes also litter the inside darkness of their hood.

......................a concept

#drownedart #aionpng #sketch #conceptart #characterdesign

A screenshot of a Clip Studio Paint canvas, showcasing a sketch of a possible design update for drownedrabbit's sona and vtuber. The design leans more towards their penname being drownedrabbit, with head wings dripping and other water-like elements: three halos in a rising bubble pattern, a drippy garter belt, etc. They have hime cut bangs and only one low ponytail as opposed to two, with eyes peeking out of the hair in several places. The outfit is jersey maid and techwear inspired, much cozier and relaxed as compared to the current design.

Example for future chibi commissions! It's my precious @pufunya.bsky.social

A digital chibi illustration of Pufunya's sona. Pufu has scruffy, short white hair with purple highlights, a small ponmytail to the side, cat ears, and a snake tail. He is positioned on his back, looking upward and waiting for pats.

A screenshot of Clip Studio Paint with two canvases open. The left is a doodle done by pufunya of his persona in a chibi style, being used as a reference. The right is a multicolored sketch of Pufu, done by drownedrabbit. He is curled up on a pillow, looking up and acting so fucking cute it's making my diabetes worse.

"Your language does not have a name for my species, the closest I could identify is a Promethearchaeati or perhaps Eumycetozoa if we were to be more specific. I would be considered incertae sedis— or uncertain placement to your current taxonomies."

#drownedart #hsr #drratio #hsrstareaterau

An illustration of Dr Ratio from Honkai Star Rail, inspired by an alternate universe fanfiction by tkettie. The image is in a circle, designed like a can badge, with a rectangle cut-in containing an explanation of the term "Incertae Sedis," the title of the fic that inspired the piece. Ratio is resting his head against his hand, staring directly at the viewer with a blank expression. Half of his head is melting and twisting into a large tentacle which partially frames the circle.

"hey aion are you working on anything other than your chibi examples"

well yeh

#drownedart #wip #hsr #drratio #hsrstareaterau

A screenshot of drownedrabbit's left desktop screen, showing Clip Studio Paint, as well as desktop pets made using the demo for Character House (available on Steam). The desktop pets are themed after Dr Ratio and Aventurine from Honkai Star Rail. There are two canvases open in CSP: a left, skinny canvas shows reference art for Dr Ratio, while the right is a wip drawing of Dr Ratio by drownedrabbit in a circular shape, specifically the way he looks in tkettie's Star Eater AU: part of his head is deforming into some sort of tentacle, goop-like substance with an eye on it, another eye lingering in the background. Ratio's formed side of his face rests in his palm. It is somewhat inspired by one of the covers of the manga, Parasyte. The flat colors and very minimum skin shading are done.

Sparrow chibi!

Sparrow belongs to @tkettie.myatproto.social , and is a WeltDay baby. Example for future chibi commissions! Look at this sad son of a bitch.

#drownedart #fanart #oc #hsroc #honkaistarrail

A digitally illustrated chibi of Sparrow, a Honkai Star Rail lovechild OC belonging to tkettle. His parents are Welt and Sunday, with him being a brunet Halovian. He has his knees curled up to his body, hands on his knees as he sobs with his head down. Sparrow's outfit consists of a dull blue cloak with a reddish inner lining, knee-high boots with Welt's white sweater from Honkai Impact 3rd.

I finished this days ago why didn't I post it

Anyway, Kohei chibi! Kohei is @pufunya.bsky.social 's Lamento OC, done as a gift and as an example for chibi commissions, coming soon to a VGen near you!

#drownedart #fanart #oc #lamento #lamentooc

A digital chibi illustration of Kohei, an OC made by pufunya for Lamento -beyond the void-. He has long, green-tinted grey hair and vibrant green eyes, along with cat ears and a tail. His outfit is a long dark robe with a vest, apron, pants, and boots. Overall the color palette is very muted and earthy. Kohei is holding out a hand to the viewer with a smug cat-like grin.

attempt #2 on right

#drownedart #wip

A screenshot of Clip Studio Paint with two canvases open. Both are chibi drawings of pufunya's OC, Kohei. On the left is a first attempt, the second on the right is an attempt made a day later, though still unfinished. Poses are extremely similar, but the rightmost chibi is more plump and the colors are less muted. Shading on the face is starting to add more volume.
