A vertical surreal fantasy illustration unfolds across a weathered parchment-colored background filled with enormous floating eyes, spindly dragons, insects, and strange organic forms. At upper left, a chaotic black mass radiates outward in sharp ink-like strokes, containing several bulging eyes above a vivid red-orange stain. Near the center, an enormous gray eye dominates the composition, its cracked surface resembling an aged moon or stone sphere. A second huge eye floats below it, its lower half glowing rusty red and trailing a thin red drip toward a tiny silhouetted humanoid figure standing at the bottom. On the right, a long, skeletal dragon curves inward from the edge, its narrow skull, pointed snout, glowing yellow eyes, horns, and delicate curling tendrils rendered in intricate black linework. Another smaller winged dragon rises along the left side, also staring outward with bright eyes. Beetle-like creatures occupy the lower right among stalks topped by eye-shaped bulbs, while clustered circular growths and red spots crowd the lower left. Fine scratches, ink splatters, translucent washes, and nervous looping lines cover the scene, giving the entire dreamscape the appearance of an unsettling page from an ancient illustrated nightmare.
