Tonight at the dock a Yoga class lady was setting up an outdoor "sound bath" - looked & sounded enchanting as night 🌙 fell.
We couldn't stay to meditate & had to do some @Amathusdbc #Dragonboat 🐲 training instead.
2 boats, a new helm tryout, & front of stroke focused paddling.

I took a boat & a novice helm on his 2nd go (1st time in dark) took the other. He did a great job.
I lost my count when we almost ran down a couple of young swans - they did escape!
