God pointe. #Draghi-rapportens konklusioner er virkelig blevet pick and choose i budgetforhandlingerne. Sparelande ser kun forslag om konkurrenceevne, lande som støtter større budget ser kun forslagene om investeringer. En vigtig pointe er netop, at Draghis rapport påpeget behovet for BEGGE dele.
