Oh wow, if today was a collectible, it would be worth a lot. Happy Shanks. #ridemycity #doubledrugs

My favourite summertime activity is waking up early, taking a large dose of psychedelic drugs and riding my bike all over the paths and lanes of my city. Stopped and hallucinated a few times, had a few short crying jags, the usual acid stuff. Gotta get these adventures in before the cold. Take note!

Love my city. An early morning ride all over the damn place followed by BikeNight, thousands of glowing riders gathered and cruised up and down the canal. Had the Titans game on my radio who CLINCHED THE WILDCARD! Everyone was brightly lit & full of smiles. Seriously GREAT! #ridemycity #doubledrugs

Early morning view, National Gallery, Notre Dame Cathedral, Library of Parliament shown all misty on the Ottawa River. Thanks, Mary love. Ottawa Stadium awaiting the return of the Titans who are back on Friday for game three of the Eastern Conference Series against the New York Boulders. NCC Ottawa BikeNight. I didn’t take many photos but this was an excellent event. Everyone went above and beyond, decorating their bikes and their persons. So many smiles and so much friendly enthusiasm.
