π§βπ€βπ§This week our #MarineConservation volunteers carried out 37 #DolphinWatch surveys.πHighlights included dolphins leaping near the harbour, an Atlantic grey seal foraging and an Eurasian otter! π¬ π This was our last week of conducting surveys at 7am. π
𦦠This otter was spotted swimming in front of the harbour wall this week! π

π¦ Redshanks can be identified by their distinctive long, bright red-orange legs. π§ "Shank" is an old word for legs.π So they're named for their appearance!πͺ
