Hey look, it's that thing that's absolutely integral to the progression of the entire game! Across Doll Brawl, you'll unlock MANY abilities- but they start off average. What's a doll to do, then? Upgrade, of course!

So- this wasn't exactly worth a full dev log since it's just technical stuff, but I recreated the shader I use for making the expressions during renders in the actual game. I can now mix and match a hundred different pieces and even move the pupils freely.
Too much to describe, read the video description! Tl;dr: new lighting, new sounds, and combos have been upgraded substantially!
I'm still working on new enemies, but I quite liked how Rubale was looking so we made a simple version of the model viewer. I've always been a fan of modes that let you look at all the animations in the game.
Say hello to the Brawler Stance! This is your initial way of fighting off enemies. You start every new run with it, and you can upgrade its combos from a simple three hit combo all the way up to- well, just see for yourself.
Working on some real special animations, hopefully tomorrow's dev log is more... "Character action-y"! After all- it's why the game's called Doll BRAWL in the first place!
