#digitization (of the day, -ish)
The February 1829 issue of _The Southern Review_ (Charleston, SC). Doesn't seem to be very antebellum, on the face of it.
Kool et al. (2017) "investigated which technologies are expected to shape digital society in the coming years, and which social and ethical challenges they will bring." #Digitization #DigitalTransformation #uOttawa #RathenauInstituut
Digital transformation is described in three stages—digitization, digitalization, and transformation—but evidence is still limited on which paths and digital capabilities most improve firm performance. #DigitalTransformation #Digitization #BusinessResearch doi.org/10.1016/j.jb...

#digitization (of the day, -ish)
Last four full issues of _The Genesee Farmer_ from the 1834 volume uploaded. The first three months' pages in the bound volume we re-used during the Civil War as a scrapbook of newspaper articles, poems and war stories; prepping that now

Uploaded a number of issues of _The Genesee Farmer_ from August, 1834.
Hoping to work through the rest of the volume later today.
#digitization (of the day, -ish)
I am scanning and uploading an 1834 volume of _The Genesee Farmer_ as individual 8-page issues.
Noted in the miscellaneous endmatter of the Jul7 12, 1834 issue I just pushed to archive.org/details/@vag...
"An Aerial Steam boat"
#digitization (of the day, -ish)
Having arisen far too early the morning, I spent some of the time uploading four more issues (from 1834) of _The Genesee Farmer_, and the March 1870 issue of _The Galaxy_.
Also, it finally sinks in that "Genesee" is spelled right.
