Environment drives behavior: room choice, walking outside, or timing around high stress/low energy.

"You" is powerful, but in high-stakes talks, it instantly turns defensive.

Shifting to "I" language isn't selfish—it's describing what you noticed and felt while leaving room for intent.

It takes practice, but completely changes where the conversation goes.
