On this day, 34 years ago, I was air lifted to Mott's Hospital, died, was resusitated, and diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. It was one of the toughest times of my little life as a 5 year old and now I'm still here and doing my best. Happy Diaversary to me! #diaversary #t1d
