Born to a family rumored to hold knowledge of the Blue Spider Lily, Kyomi Mamoru’s life vanished the night Muzan Kibutsuji slaughtered them. Left to bleed beside her dying sister, Muzan’s blood mingled with her open wounds, turning her into a demon. Driven by ravenous hunger, Kyomi consumed her sister—who willingly offered herself to save Kyomi's humanity. Cast out by surviving relatives, Kyomi hid in the Yoshiwara Entertainment District as an Oiran, using her status to gather intelligence while directly competing with Upper Rank Daki and Gyutaro. To protect local courtesans from being devoured, Kyomi offered safety in exchange for small, consensual blood donations. Her unique lifestyle drew the attention of Lady Tamayo, who broke Muzan’s curse on her. Now free, Kyomi uses her inherited knowledge of the Blue Spider Lily to assist Tamayo in developing a cure to destroy Muzan.
