An immortal soul which she has, disallows her the ability of mortality and growing old with grace with that in which she loves.

| Content with being The Bringer of the Eclipse and Guardian of her Goddess Mother, Luna and the ponies which she watches over at the night. Calypsing thought no further of a lover or a companion. Luna is her companion, and she watches over her daughter every night.

| This belief was challenged when she first got into official contact with Draco Dacian. The more she came into contact with the Crown Prince, the more she found a tenderness towards him. A man who has a hard shell, who is fearless and resilient in battle - has in his heart, a softness of his own -.

| Tenderness which she shares, she gets only glimpses back from Draco. Though those who know him through The Emperor and on the battlefield would dare not believe he could expel a tenderness.

| The Goddess Clementia watches over the Romans with forgiveness, mercy, salvation and many other things.

| It seems, that while he yet lacks full empathy. Clementia has granted him a visage to deepen it. While The Emperor’s warriors had been tasked to guide him toward a better mentality, it seems in his connection to Calypsing that it is her who broadens such missing links of empathy.

| Calypsing does not allow any mortal to see her without her cloak on. To see her without it, is seen as disrespect. For one to see her without it, displays a strong connection to a mortal and that they are important to her.

| Draco’s willful and fearless soul had earned the respect of the Demigoddess over time. He is not like other mortals she’s met, nor is he easy to read.

| Like other men she’d seen in the past, they seemed guided by basic instincts. Nothing in which stands out to her, they are led by man driven desires. In ways she understands is expected, and doesn’t necessarily fault all men for this. It’s a very mortal reality.

| Yet with Draco, he is different. His focus despite being a Warrior and despite being The Crowned Prince, is to his ponies and protecting them from threats. Humble yet fierce. Fierce yet honorable.

| Draco is not prideful of war, he doesn’t believe in the “glory” of war. It is a necessity in order to protect his ponies. He leaves empathy behind for his enemies on the battlefield. Regarding his heir to the throne, Draco does not view the Emperor’s Palace as a fortress for himself and to bask in the spotlight of riches open to him. A man whom is committed to lead and serve, one who once struggled to lead now does so with authority.

| To Calypsing, Draco is the mortal who is highlighted amongst other ponies. She values his will, his courage and his love for his ponies. Hallmarks of a future ruler that will prosper his kingdom - not exploit it and destroy its values -. Of course like any mortal he carries flaws, she knows this so for when she watched in the skies to see him begin his journey as a warrior and leader. He lacks core empathy, the ones it be reserved for are the ones most important. Yet, his inability to see the gray zone in the act of battle and war can tarnish his decisions.
