my (own) top undertale/deltarune theory is that WE are the man who speaks in hands

-when we play computer games, typically use our hands to press keys
-we are from another world, we are huMAN (as in the species, not pronoun specific

The "ERAM created Dictator Pikachu" Theory

This theory assumes:
1: that the Shadow Mantle game depicts an
"ERAM" hiding in the shelter
2: that the "ERAM" shown in the Mantle game
is probably not what the real "ERAM" looks like
3: that Kris is working with the real "ERAM"

1: "ERAM" is a scientist from another world.
They could be Gaster, although I'm unsure
if he'd really be amoral enough to attempt
the things I'm about to mention:
2: "ERAM" ended up in Deltarune through
an accident, and seeks to cause the Roaring.
3: Why does ERAM want to do this?
Because the Roaring will destabilize reality
and the fabric of spacetime when it happens.
4: When reality is weakened, "ERAM" plans to
take advantage of the weakened reality and
warp back to their homeworld
(through what method? I don't know)
from Deltarune, while destroying the Deltarune
universe in the process.
Moving on from this world, and onto the next.

If "ERAM" is not Gaster and is instead some
entirely new character, they may not even be
from the Undertale world to begin with.
If I had any candiates that are both a:
scientist, could be evil enough to destroy a world,
and are from another game made by Toby Fox,
I may bring up this character that Toby Fox
specifically mentioned when he talked about
a past RPG Maker game named "Endless Oprah"
he finished with his siblings in Toby's Secret Base: Volume 5
"A villain that combines Pikachu and an evil dictator through science and technology also appears."
