The TP you gain during the Susie and Lancer battle in Card Castle actually persists in the overworld, allowing you to use Heal Prayer outside of battle if you get at least 32 TP. This is probably an oversight.

Chapter 1 has a bug where if you backtrack to the lone pathway where you find Susie in the Forest's maze, the game incorrectly places you at the beginning of the pathway, rather than the end of it, which is the side you actually entered from.

It's possible for Kris to get KO'd in Ralsei's tutorial if you take 5 hits in the first overworld bullet section, 4 hits in the second, and then have Kris take no damage in the Lancer battle. This doesn't produce any new interactions or text.
