By the way, we need a name for the new high-density district between N. Decatur and N. Druid Hills along Scott/Church/DeKalb Industrial.... anchored by Lulah Hills in the North, and "the Point on Scott" in the South. And we need good bike/pedestrian infrastructure connecting it.
