That's always been an issue for me with Italian films. I understand why but it's distracting. Probably because I watch faces sometimes to the exclusion of everything else.
I thought maybe there was story, like when Glenn Close dubbed Andie McDowall in GREYSTOKE.
Many of her lines match, but some words are off. The face and the voice sometimes seem off, too. Maybe they just had the recording studio for an afternoon.

The other thing is that when I do have to watch on TUBI I get so many Canadian ads (Quebec/in French). Quite a difference from the American ads.
The ones I was seeing a couple of weeks back were atrocious, but I was getting ads from Ohio and Indiana for some reason. Glad the MAGA dollars were being wasted.
