@gizbourn.bsky.socialJust made the weeks #dahl quota which will go with nearly ever meal we have. Now I feel very well off As @telegraph.co.uk mentions it’s expensive. I also realise i live in a the blessed Home Counties and my children also eat Humous (chickpeas) so we probably don’t count.

my favorite fast dal recipe. red lentils always rock my life. and this recipe works. i often omit the spinach because i have none around, then i add a head of cauliflower if i have it. none of the white stuff on top for me.
