Cutaway drawing of a field barn built on a hillside. It has an entrance on the uphill side for carts/sledges that enters onto loft over a cow byre. There is an open space for storing hay etc to the left. Double page spread explaining some traditional farm buildings, including field barns.

Thank you. I did a railway goods shed while employed by Historic England. Isometric projection is a good tool for cutaway drawings making it easier & quicker than setting up 2 or 3 point perspective.

The cheese making equipment formed a very small part of the finished illustration, in the ground floor end room shown here.

Cutaway drawing of a 16th/17th century yeoman clothier's house. There is a weaving loom on the upper floor to the left, a domestic hall/kitchen with a fireplace under a smoke hood in the centre and storage room over a service room to the right. This last room contains equipment for cheese making and dairying.
