A rotting totem pole stands in the center of baren woods on either side of the totem pole are two satyrs with elk antlers wearing drab and rotting clothing the one on the left seems to be playing a horn of some kind while the one on the right holds a staff topped with an elk skull and it has a human skull on top of it. Behind the totem pole is a bunch of tombstones, but above them is a massive monster it looks like the decaying remains of a massive elk, but it seems to have the shadowy face of a woman with antlers. Over the totem pole and the monster is the text "Crooked Moon: Paper Moon."

A veiled woman stands in front of a intricately designed portcullis with what looks to be a female medical mannequin on her left and a male mannequin on her right. Both the mannequins have their chest cavities open. The male seems to have a rib cage that seems to have some incomplete rib bones as if they haven't grown connected to the sternum. He seems to have intestines, stomach and a liver, but no other organs. The female seems to have no bones, but has lungs, her heart, uterus and ovaries. Both mannequins seem to have brown gloves, are wearing white masks and have black hair. They have vines climbing up their legs. The male has short straight hair and the female has her hair in a bun. The mannequins seem to be looking at the veiled woman. The veiled woman wears a black dress, has white hair and light gray skin. Her eye makeup is running as if she has been crying.
