Phew, that was a classic Showgrounds grind, but I'm afraid that Sligo are 99.99% doomed. It's a tough blow for Connacht football that they'll soon be relegated, but a rebuild for them will be vital. They have been struggling for the last few years. Good game. #COYSS

+4 added after the 90. #COYSS

Keenaaaaaaaaaaa with the finish on the rebound! Huge! #COYSS

Huge save from Joey Anang! #COYSS

Scoreless first-half. Pressure will start to affect us if we don't sort this. #COYSS

C'mon the Saints! #COYSS

Right, on to Sligo. We have to earn the victory there after we were complacent last time and drew 1-1 in the Showgrounds. Safe travels to everyone who's going up! #COYSS

A scouting mission tonight. If either of our rivals drop points, then the onus will be on us out west. I have Bohs down for a win, with the D24 clash ending in a draw since Waterford have constantly refused to lose. #LOI #COYSS

I wrote us off multiple times, but we're usually trying to claw our way back at this stage of the season! Is it really possible after all? I'm still cautious with so many more tough away days, but I'd rather be in this position than not! #COYSS

Palmer's fortune doesn't improve as he hits the post from a delicious pass from Forrester! #COYSS

Edmondson's long wait without a goal is over! This is payback for all those thrashing we've been dealt with at Oriel! #COYSS

SHERIDAN! The kiddo has his moment! What a swing of the foot! #COYSS

Sublime first-half, but it's far from over! #COYSS

Johnny-on-the-spot, he's got a second! #COYSS

Gooooooooooooooooooooooolllllllllllllllllllllll gol gol goolllllllll Keena! #COYSS

I couldn't make it up tonight, but c'mon the Saints! Absolute must-win despite our constant struggles at Oriel Park! #COYSS

We won! #COYSS

Shamrock Rovers have a rest advantage over us and nearly a full squad to choose from. Hopefully the clarity of this being a must-win for us will improve our performance to deal with the pain barrier after 120 mins. on Sat. #COYSS

Only Pat's could conspire to lose the cup and the league at the same time. 8-7 on penalties, my word...

Shamrock Rovers bailed out again with extra rest and now we're shattered. GG Bohs. #COYSS
