Not sure how I feel about 1 in 5 practitioners didn't/ wasn't able to/ couldn't use or offer pain relief for IUD fittings. I doubt patients would say no?

My usual practice: advise oral analgesia, offer Instillagel & lidocaine spray. I make it clear it's going to be painful!
